Spring Break 2014

Our 2014 Spring Break was OUT OF THIS WORLD... literally. We started things off by meeting the Ferney family (our BFF'S) at a Jazz game. It was our first time to attend a NBA game--so fun! But the best part of our little adventure for our kiddos was staying in the same hotel with their best friends! Who needs exotic trips? You just need friends!

And then we met up with our other best friends (Stevens cousins) at the Salt Lake Planetarium. Mars was nice. Very relaxing...

Until we realized that there was no oxygen there.

Carson Turns 8!!

On March 30th, our cute Carson turned the big one... 8 years old!! He was so excited to finally be the "Star Student" and make his very own poster to share with his class.

We celebrated with his best friends by going out to a movie and Orange Leaf!

Carson was thrilled to start Scouts!

And equally thrilled to receive a RipStick!

Carson, I just love that you are so unique and creative! You're kind, obedient, confident, and the funnest big brother to Ashton! And not to mention--SO handsome! I love that you sing out with all your heart. I love that enjoy reading as much as me! I love that you are passionate about your dreams. I love that you know who you are, and never worry about following the crowd. You are so special to me. I must be the luckiest Mom ever to raise such a neat little boy! I love you with all of my heart.

Kenna's Dance Competitions 2014

I'm six month behind on blogging... too far behind to tell stories or share fun details... but I wanted to be sure to share some pictures from Kenna's ballroom competition season in 2014. Ballroom has become a huge part of her life, and consequently, mine too! During her 7th grade year, she was on Extreme's Junior Blue team--dancing The Lorax and Notre Dame. The kids on her team are her very best friends. She really blossomed this year, and had a great experience partnering with Kolby Hillman. The following pics are from four different competitions.
